Find the correct official route for cinema tickets, access and venue questions, and understand Reeltime's current editorial contact arrangements.
For a film booking, a ticket refund, lost property or a question about visiting a cinema, contact that cinema's actual operator. Reeltime publishes independent guides and cannot access booking records or change a venue's arrangements.

Editorial correspondence
Reeltime does not currently offer a public editorial email inbox, telephone service or submission form. No unverified address is presented as a contact route. Venue operators cannot make changes to this publication, and we do not forward enquiries to them.
Checking a possible error
Each researched guide links to its evidence. If a statement appears out of date, compare it with the current official source and check the displayed review date. A dated status is not a promise of today's opening arrangements. For an imminent visit, the venue is the appropriate source of confirmation.
The information most useful when documenting a correction is the page URL, the exact statement, the replacement source and its date. Personal medical records, booking payment details and identity documents are not needed to establish an editorial correction.
