The JVC QP112AL is a combination DVD player/receiver package, featuring the RX-E112R Home Theater Control Center, the XV-E112 DVD Player, the SP-PW100 Powered Subwoofer, and the SP-X100 Satellite Speaker System.
The pieces of the system can be stacked and arranged in a variety of ways to meet your space requirements, and their smooth silver exteriors will match a variety of decor.
The DVD player included in the JVC QP112AL package can handle CD playback on CD-R/RWs as well as manufactured CDs, MP3s, and VCDs as well as DVDs. It has S-video and composite video outputs. It can display its menu in English, French, and German, and a screensaver should you need to leave the player sitting on for a time. Playback features include a resume bookmark function, variable search, slow forward, and reverse, and zoom play. The receiver can handle SCART inputs with RGB, and has Dolby Digital and DTS encoders built in. Sound output is Dolby Pro Logic II.
The speakers included with the JVC QP112AL package are relatively small, allowing for easy placement and mounting. The small size is more useful for smaller or awkward rooms where there is not much space or options for placement of speakers.
